Food Processing

This one year certificate prepares students for working in the food processing sector of biomanufacturing. The program includes hands-on laboratory experience as well as teaching of both theory and process.

Courses include: quality control, best practices, regulatory compliance, safety and sanitation and facility operations. The program will also cover the making of yogurt, beer, wine and ice cream.
