Mesa Community College
The Biotechnology Program at Mesa Community College began training future lab technicians in 2002. Over the past ten years, the prgram has developed a traditional transfer component to accompany its vocational aspect. Graduates of the program commonly transfer to universities where they leverage their training to join laboratories.
The Biotech Pipeline to NAU is a 75 unit transfer articulation with Northern Arizona University (NAU). Upon arrrival to NAU students choose their major from degrees offered in Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry and Chemistry.
