The instructor will have the unique opportunity to experience the continued growth of the ECC Biotechnology program through a new Agriculture and Renewable Energy Center being built this spring at the Robert and Arlene Hamilton Campus just south of Iowa Falls, Iowa on Highway 65. Ellsworth has strong, established biotechnology and renewable energy technology departments that will be moving to the new Center. Come be a part of our dynamic team and experience the growth and vision of a winning community college. This position is full-time.

Responsibilities: |
Teaching Fall and Spring courses in Biotechnology, Genetics, Renewable Energy, Laboratory, and Instrumentation.

Qualifications: |
We are looking for an instructor with a graduate degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics or biotechnology with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in analytical instrumentation and the biofuels/renewable energy industry is a definite advantage.
