Executive Office Services is privileged to partner with a world-leading BioTech/Medical Device company, that is in search of (3) Quality Engineers to join their new product development team.

Responsibilities: |
CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
This position will be responsible for supporting new product development and product maintenance through the application of Quality Engineering skills. This requires the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks from product inception through product launch and maintenance.
You will play an active role in the processes to ensure products meet the quality standards consistent with Corporate and Division policies, while meeting all design control and other regulatory requirements. Participates as Quality Representative on Design and Manufacturing Project teams. Supports plant activities in the areas of process validation, process capability and customer issues. Supports/initiates Corrective and Preventative action with an eye to increased capability and customer satisfaction. Supports the implementation of the Medical Surgical Systems - Quality System.

Qualifications: |
Although, Individual are encouraged to apply, however, the Ideal candidate with the following experience will only be considered:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related Science.
CQE, CQA and/or RAC certification desirable or achievement within first 2 years.
5-7 years Quality experience or 10+ years of related experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
High volume manufacturing environment also desirable.
Experience in plastics, molding, rubber, or steel a plus.
Strong process validation and design control skills a must.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional or other team initiatives and manage multiple projects.

Salary Range & Benefits: |
$85K - $95K
