Our client, a premier, full-service clinical laboratory, is currently seeking a Clinical Chemistry Manager to oversee the operations policies and practices of their Chemistry Laboratory. Reporting to the Director of Hospital Operations, this individual will insure that high quality, cost effective product and service are delivered and will be accountable for training, goal setting, prioritization, budgets, quality, instrument evaluation and customer service.

Responsibilities: |
Equipment: Abbott Axsym, Roche Cobas c501, Roche Integra, Osmometers. TDx, Imx, Siemens's Blood Gas Analyzers, Point of Care Lead Testing Analyzer. This position is 1st Shift and may necessitate occasional off shift, weekend or holidays

Qualifications: |
This position requires BS or BA in MT (ASCP) and extensive background in clinical chemistry with demonstrated proficiency in a high volume laboratory. Must have 5+ years of related supervisory experience, along with medical terminology computer/typing competetence, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
