Responsibilities: |
Kelly Scientific Resources currently has an outstanding contract opportunity for an Associate Scientist located in the heart of Research Triangle Park with a global chemical company specializing in agricultural products. This position will require several years of industry experience in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology techniques. This is a temporary assignment that will last through 12/31/2009.
Job Duties:
- Protein expression and purification
- Perform various immunoassays and optimization of techniques
- Protein quantification
- Conduct enzymatic studies
- Correctly handle field samples and provide accurate documentation
- Strong computer skills and database management

Qualifications: |
Requirements:
- BS with 7 years or MS with 5 years of experience in Biochemistry
- Demonstrated expertise in protein biochemistry
